At Bad & Boujee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges to ensure that you get the perfect fit and style for your needs. Please review our policy below to understand how exchanges work:

Exchange policy:
To be eligible for an exchange, you must request it within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery. The items should be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that items marked as final sale or discounted beyond our regular promotions are not eligible for exchange.
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
How to exchange
If the ordered product doesn’t fit you right or you seem to fancy the other colour better, don’t worry, we got you!
To initiate an exchange, please use our dedicated exchange portal. You will need to enter your order number and select the item(s) you wish to exchange.
After completing the request, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the original item(s).
Ensure that the items are in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement item(s) within 5-7 business days. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative option or provide store credit for the value of the item.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- The item may be damaged during transit
- Or there might be a manufacturing defect
- Or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In such cases as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as mentioned above.
